Charles Rush

Owner/Agent

-Charles is a life-long resident of Butler, MO and a 1978 graduate of the University of Missouri earning a Bachelor of Science. He joined Cook Insurance in 1991 as an agent and then purchased the agency from Jerry Cook in 1998. Charles is fully licensed for life, health, property and casualty insurance.

-Charles stays active in the community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Butler Lions Club, as well as sponsoring an array of other local activities.

Laura Piland

Agent/CSR

-Laura is a life-long resident of Butler. She joined Cook Insurance in November of 2006 and is fully licensed for property, casualty, life and health insurance. Laura obtained her Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources from Park University in 2008.

-Laura specializes in personal lines customer service & sales, and also handles all of the municipality and commercial renewals.

Bridget Baldwin

Agent/CSR

-Bridget is originally from Nevada, MO and currently resides in the Appleton City area. She joined Cook Insurance in January of 2012 and is licensed for property and casualty insurance. Bridget obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Missouri in 2010.

-Bridget specializes in personal lines customer service & sales, and also handles all of the claims.
